Senechal II is a 7 Ton sloop designed by Raymond Wall Ltd of North Fambridge Essex and built by French Brothers Ltd of Battlesbridge Essex in 1964 for a Mr KG Miller. Construction is Iroko planking copper fastened to steamed Canadian Rock Elm frames. The main deck is 1/2 inch marine ply covered with glass cloth and epoxied, laid over Iroko beams with laminated spruce half beams and hanging knees.
