I found this Rinker 312 Fiesta Vee in very good condition. The only flaws that I noticed were a 6" rip in the seem of the canvas enclosure on top windshield and the eisenglass is a little weather by sun.
The zippers and snaps on the enclosure were in good shape. The cockpit interior is not weathered and in very good condition with no fading or cracking.
